dc.description.abstract	Over the last 25 years, TMI has contributed significantly to providing world-class mariners with excellent attitude, skill and knowledge. A good balance of academic and co-curricular activities has contributed to the holistic development of cadets. The 7th convocation of Indian Maritime University was held at Chennai and TMI cadets from the 2017 and 2018 batches have really made us proud by securing gold and silver medals at the university level. In AY 2020-21, Cdt. Saurabh Sabale and Cdt. Vyom Mahendra from B.Tech. ME 2017 batch have secured gold and silver medal, respectively. Similarly, Cdt. Dhananjay Mehata and Cdt. Kaustubh Joshi from B.Sc. NS 2018 batch has also secured gold and silver medals. The saga continued in AY 2021-22 as well. Cdt. Nikhil Shahani and Cdt. Nisarg Patel from B.Sc. NS 2019 batch has bagged a gold and a silver medal, respectively. We are sure that our cadets from the next batches will not leave any stone unturned in shining at the university level.	en_US
