dc.description.abstract	The memorandum of understanding (MoU) is signed between Maharashtra Center for Entrepreneurship and Development (MCED), Govt of Maharashtra, and Tolani Maritime Institute, Induri Pune, on 14th February 2023. The purpose of the MoU is ‘to Create an entrepreneurial culture in the Tolani Maritime Institute and catalyze and promote the development of knowledge-based enterprises and promoting employment opportunities in the innovative areas for the students of Tolani Maritime Institute'. The MOU was signed with the objectives: To act as an institutional mechanism for providing various services including information on all aspects of enterprise building to budding entrepreneurs. To create entrepreneurial culture in the parent institution and other institutions in the region. To foster better linkages between the parent institution, industries, and R&D institutions in the region and other related organizations engaged in promoting Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs). To catalyse and promote the development of knowledge-based enterprises and promote employment opportunities in innovative areas.	en_US
