dc.description.abstract	Tolani Maritime Institute organized the annual inter-house cross-country championship on 12th March 2023. Gruelling practice sessions which went on for over a month eventually saw teams of 120 cadets from each house assemble at the starting point by 0600 Hrs. Dr. Sanjeet Kanungo, Principal, TMI flagged off the much-awaited race at 0630 Hrs. After 5.5 kilometers of varied terrain, Cdt Prajwal Gawade from Mudaliar House clinched the coveted Gold. Silver was claimed by Cdt Pranit Aher, also from Mudaliar House, while Cdt Vikash Rathee of Master House won the Bronze. Mudaliar House was declared as cross country champions of the year. Cassim House stood second while Master finished as second runners-up. Captain Razi Khan, who himself took part in the event, was present as the chief guest and motivated the participants with his words of wisdom.	en_US
